Cheek and Chin Implants

Cheekbone, or malar, augmentation may be a way to improve midfacial definition of those that are lacking in contour.  This surgery involves placing a cheekbone implant that will result in more prominent cheekbones and contour.

 

This can also be applied to the chin and the sides (angles) of the lower jaw .  Sometimes though a patient may benefit from jaw surgery in order to augment the chin projection/prominence.

 

These procedures can be performed with in-office ambulatory anesthesia.
